Ingredients:
1-2Lb uncooked and shell on shrimp. Vein removed and shrimp washed.
1-2 Lemons
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 tbs minced garlic
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/4-3/4 tsp dried red hot chili flakes
1 Cup Onions cut into squares for skewers
1 Cup Green Peppers cut into squares
1 Cup other fresh vegetable (I ran out of mushrooms when I made this)
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes. Just do this before you prepare the shrimp and marinade.


Squeeze the lemon into a bowl. Add the orange juice, minced garlic, chili flakes, and black pepper. Mix.
After you devein the shrimp add to marinade and stir. Shrimp only needs 15-30 minutes of marinade time.
Once shrimp are marinaded simply put shrimp onto skewer, with vegetables between them.
Get your grill going! Nothing better than cooking over an open fire. Sadly I’m using a gas grill, but a wood fire would make this dish taste even better.
